Tossa de Mar (TdM): A small town at the Costa Brava. You make Giga Bytes of photos and at the next corner again a new memory card would like to insert. But it was not the photographs that will remind me of TdM. I experienced three eventful days with wonderful people.

What was special about these days? On the one hand, a lively sangria evening, talks on the roof terrace, a delicious paella and a delicious "farewell dinner". And finally, the Stand Up Paddling (SUP) in the moonlight, where cliffs and caves were explored.

Did I stay only 3 days in TdM?

Clifhanger to Girona: However, if I had stayed at the sea, I would not have gone to Girona and could not have had two salsa evenings there

And by the way, I would not be in the Residencia with my own room, bathroom and balcony (and towels !!!).

Un pequeño pueblo en la Costa Brava. Haces Giga Bytes de fotos y en la siguiente esquina otra vez una nueva tarjeta de memoria quisiera insertar. Pero no fueron las fotografías las que me recordarán a TdM. He experimentado tres días lleno de acontecimientos con gente maravillosa.

¿Qué era especial en estos días? Por un lado, una animada noche de sangría, charlas en la azotea, una deliciosa paella y una deliciosa "cena de despedida". Y finalmente, el Stand Up Paddling (SUP) en la luz de la luna, donde se exploraron acantilados y cuevas.

¿Estar sólo 3 días en TdM?

"Clifhanger" a Girona: Sin embargo, si me hubiera alojado en el mar, no habría ido a Girona y no podría haber tenido dos noches de salsa allí.

Y por cierto, no estaría en la Residencia con mi propia habitación, baño y balcón (y toallas !!!).

Uma pequena cidade na Costa Brava. Você faz Giga Bytes de fotos e na próxima esquina novamente um novo cartão de memória gostaria de inserir. Mas não foi as fotografias que me lembrará da TdM. Eu experimentei três dias agitados com pessoas maravilhosas.

Eine kleine Stadt an der Costa Brava, in der man Giga Bytes an Fotots schießen kann und an der nächsten Ecke schon wieder eine neue Speicherkarte einlegen möchte.

Es waren aber nicht die Fotomotive, die mich nachhaltig an TdM erinnern werden, sondern drei ereignisreiche Tage mit wundervollen Menschen, die sich plötzlich in einem Hostel begegnet sind und kurz danach wieder in alle Winde vertreut haben.

Danke an Luca, Tristan, Vera, Silvia, Precilla, Isabel, Lidia...

Was war denn so Besonderes an diesen drei Tagen? Zum Einen ein feucht fröhlicher Sangria-Abend, Gespräche auf der Dachterrasse, eine leckere Paella und ein köstliches "Abschiedsessen". Und dann zum Schluss das Stand Up Paddling (SUP) im Mondenschein, bei dem Klippen umschifft und Höhlen erkundet wurden. Waren es nur drei Tage?

Besonders das SUP bei Nacht hat mich nachhaltig beeindruckt. Es gibt keine Fotos, ich kann aber auf die Webseite verweisen(s. Link unten), auf der man einen Eindruck gewinnen kann:

Das SUP wurde gesponsert von Irene und Matthias, dafür vielen Dank, es war unglaublich.

Und Danke an Vera, ohne Deinen Tipp wäre ich nie drauf gekommen, mich anzumelden.

Was ich (nach drei Wochen) gelernt habe:

1- Ich reise zu schnell - gerne wäre ich noch in TdM geblieben
2- Ich reise zu geplant - gerne wäre ich am Meer geblieben und nicht ins Landesinnere eingebogen
3- Ich reise zu überlegt - Mein nächstes Hostel ist aus Sicherheitsgründen immer schon vorgebucht.

1. und 2. sind zu überlegen, 3. werde ich beibehalten, da ich das Gefühl mag, wenn man mit 20 kg Gepäck  vom Busbahnhof kommend, ein Ziel hat.

Allerdings: Wäre ich am Meer geblieben, wäre ich nicht nach Girona gefahren und hätte dort nicht zwei Salsa-Abende erleben können.

Auf jeden Fall wäre ich nicht in Girona in der Residencia mit eigenem Zimmer, Bad und Balkon (und Handtüchern!!!) gelandet (s.u.).
